How do I apply for a position with AtriCure?
First, you will need to Register on our career site. Once you have done that, find the position(s) you are interested in and select the “Apply Now” button towards the top of the screen. You will be prompted to provide your information and answer some questions. Once you reach the end, you will “Submit” your completed application.
How do I know if my application was received?
You will receive an email confirmation thanking you for your application. You may also log back into the site, using your username and password, to confirm which role(s) you have applied for.
How can I see if a job has been filled?
Positions that appear on this site are open and active, even though the interview process may have already started. If you don’t find a position that was previously shown on the site, then it is filled or is no longer available.
While searching your open jobs, I saw a position that would be great for a friend! How do I forward that job for them to apply?
To share a job with a friend, click on the position of interest and scroll to the bottom of the page where it says “Share this job:” and select the icon that matches your desired option then follow the prompts to share the position details and link to apply. Thank you for the referral!
What are the best resources to research AtriCure products, indications, uses and market space?
AtriCure's Therapies and Procedures page offers a product overview of all our products. You can also search YouTube for videos on the Cox Maze and Convergent procedures as well as visit the website ACT against Afib to learn more about atrial fibrillation.
How does the recruitment process work at AtriCure for in office positions?
The first step in our recruitment process will involve a phone interview with one of our recruiters. Following that, depending on the role you have applied for, there could be 1 to 2 additional conversations with the hiring manager or members of the team. The final step is often an onsite (or virtual) interview at one of our offices, after which a final decision is often made. Please be aware that each position can require different steps and may not follow the above process exactly. The recruiter you speak with initially will keep you informed of each step as you move through the process.
How does the recruitment process work at AtriCure for field positions like sales and clinical specialists?
The first step in our recruitment process will involve a phone interview with our sales recruiter. Following that, depending on the role you have applied for, a phone interview or in-person interview with the hiring manager would take place. There are typically 2-3 in-person interviews and anywhere from 3-6 phone interviews. Please be aware that each position can require different steps and may not follow the above process exactly. The recruiter you speak with initially will keep you informed of each step as you move through the process.
I will be traveling to one of your offices for an interview. Where do I go when I arrive?
Mason, OH office – Once you have parked, please proceed to the main entrance. Our reception desk, inside the front door, will direct you once you have signed in.
Minnetonka, MN office – Park in the lot outside of building 130 and enter through the main doors. Our receptionist is on 2nd floor through the doors next to the elevator, Suite 250. They will direct you once you have signed in.
Will I be notified if I’m not selected for a first interview or phone screen?
Yes, you will receive notification from AtriCure if you have not been selected to be screened or interviewed for an open position.
What happens after an offer is extended to me and I verbally accept?
You will be sent an email containing the offer letter for your review and electronic signature to accept. You will also receive an email from DocuSign with a link to additional documents for you to review and electronically accept. Lastly, you will receive an email with a link from our third-party vendor, HireRight, with instructions on completing information for a background check and drug screen.
What can I expect on my first day of work?
Your first day will be spent participating in a new hire orientation either virtually or at our corporate headquarters office located in Mason, Ohio. You will learn about AtriCure, employee benefits, complete administrative paperwork, and participate in a brief overview of AtriCure products.
What is the dress code at AtriCure?
AtriCure embraces a “smart casual” dress code. This is a relaxed and informal dress code that enables our employees to work comfortably in the workplace, but that maintains standards for neat and appropriate attire allowing for a casual but professional appearance at work. Employees are always expected to maintain a clean and ordered appearance, dressing in a manner appropriate for the work being performed and consistent with safety rules and considerations. Workplace attire must not serve as a distraction to other employees, customers, or other visitors.
